Web Callback Test

Builds and sends a real request to api.puzzel.com/contactcentre5/cow.aspx, using the parameters documented in the Puzzel Callback on Web API Reference. Submitting will trigger an actual callback in the queue you specify — use test/queue keys accordingly. Opens in a new tab so this page stays open.

Prerequisite: a list named _WebCallback must be set up on the customer in Puzzel (whitelist/blacklist of numbers) before any callback request will be accepted, regardless of the parameters sent below.

Required

customerKey Your company's customer number on the Puzzel platform.

accessPoint Access point used for the callback service (as configured in your solution).

countryCode Country code for the callback number, e.g. NO, DK, SE, GB.

callbackNumber Phone number to be called back.

queueKey Queue the callback request is added to while waiting for an agent.

Call order & attempts

ciqType Who is called first. Default: CallRequestFirst.

maxAttempts Number of callback attempts. Default: 1.

secondsBetweenAttempts Seconds to wait between attempts. Default: 30.

scheduledDateTime Schedule the callback for a specific time. ISO 8601 with timezone, e.g. 2026-08-20T15:11:00+01:00.

Queue override via list

listName Name of a list used to override the default queue based on listValue.

listValue Value looked up in listName; a match overrides queueKey.

Additional context

requestCategory Additional visual information shown in the queue overview.

requestDescription Free-text note, typically the caller's name or reason for the request.

kml_crm_contact_id CRM contact ID to associate with the request. One of several optional kml_ variables used for IVR integration — add more input fields with the same "kml_" prefix if your solution uses others.

Redirects

redirectFull URL to redirect to regardless of outcome, if you handle success/error on that page yourself.

redirectOK URL to redirect to after a successful submission.

redirectError URL to redirect to if the submission fails.
